Bought the chair from a retail store 900 off normal price. 3 months in it quit working, I could not reset it. The remote went dark. I call the retail store which sent me to lifesmart. They do not send out a repair person nor do they replace the chair. The guy on phone presumably thought he was a tech and said he’d thought it was the power cord or remote. Mind you the remote beeped but would not reset. He said he’d send me parts that’s all he can do. Wow! Now my only choice was to bitch out the store. Luckily a few weeks later I was looking over the chair I randomly hit buttons on the remote and I hit the right combo it reset phew! Works fine now hope it continues. I donot recommend this chair unless your a savy tech. No service is not good . I still have not received parts it’s been 6 weeks.

I work in construction and received this as a gift from my wife. This chair does wonders for my various aches and pains after a long day. Highly recommend! Easy to control & very comfortable
