Simple and well made
This is very basic but does the job well. Good as a stretching aid, gives you control and adds more of a repotious to your stretching.

No instructions
Easy to use but didn't come with instructions so I had to check on YouTube. Overall, would recommend. I've struggled with flexibility all my life but this is really working.
