Good quality product.At first, I did not know how to use it lol but then its quite easy, just need to wrap it on your waist.And nobody will ever notice you are wearing one, which is a good thing. I use it primarily for my back problem, I need that support.I do recommend washing it before using though as it does have factory smell.

Tried multiple waist trimers that leaves marks behind on the skin but this is amazing. Similar to traditional post delivery home bandages they used to put. Quiet comfortable and close to unnoticeable under clothes. I would recommend the product.
