So Far So Good . . . .
Winter is not over, but we are having such a mild one that I decided to write a review early. I'm using this to protect a pink Kalanchoe plant on a semi-protected front porch. What started off as a little dried out Bonnie plant is now a huge, wide plant, in a very heavy glass pot against a brick wall on the front of the porch. A dolly would be needed to move it inside for the winter, and I feared the leaves would get damaged if it was moved up the stairs. It gets lots of morning sunlight, and is hit with wind and some rain at times. (There's only been snow once and it didn't blow in the direction of the porch.)Throughout the winter, we have had some nights in the 20s and days in the 30s, but, once again, it's been a pretty mild winter, with more than a few days in the 60s. I put on and take off this frost blanket as needed, and the plant is doing extremely well. It looks like it has flower buds now, too. The Agfabric material is very thin and lightweight, plus has a string you can tighten it with. I'm quite happy with it, especially since I'm not much of a plant person, and had no idea if it would work or not. I got the Kalanchoe from someone who had it inside, unintentionally let it dry out, and was going to throw it away. Being put outside with the summer sun and enough water did wonders for it!

Winter crop?
My little cherry tomatoes are producing fruit under this cover, they're in 5gal buckets-healthy green foliage, yellow flowers small red tomatoes? I couldn't believe it. It's in the '30-'40s at night here-cold for mid-California at this time in December. So its the 31st, still this has been growing since the beginning of the month undercover. I don't remove it during the day coz the sun gets thru just fine. The ONE cover -covers both plants. I put in 4ft poles, 2 ea per bucket and this cover holds up during rain, and wind ...so who could ask for anything more?

very frustrating because the product could be much better if sized properly but the descriptions are not clear
ugh. I can't get the sizing correct. last year I ordered too big, this year these were a bit too small. very frustrating because the product could be much better if sized properly but the descriptions are not clear.

LOVE THESE!!!!
It's impossible to say anything bad about these covers. I covered my plants that use a tomato cage and the water collected at the top and didn't leak through.... it just collected into a puddle. Will definitely buy more.

One Star
These frost covers are made of very thin material and with little pressure from a fingertip can tear easily. The thin fabric allows the cold air to get to the plant and they die easily from the frost.

Poor quality rips easily
Very thin translucent fabric failed in less than a week.

Bush froze...
Did not seem to do much protection, but it was in low 20's and the bush froze. Should have wrapped in a blanket instead.

Doesn't work
Didn't protect plants at all, bought 2 second on ripped while putting on. Very disappointing .
