I've been pleasantly surprised w the product. First, I thought it was a mistake, because it looked like a bunch of sample packets inside a box. I bought this primarily for the prostate health/support. Been having off/on plumbing issues. But the libido potency was a healthy surprise. It's actually one of the best I've ever tried -- has certainly brought an effective tune-up to the prostate/libido dept. Some very minor improvement to urination. I guess about as much as can be expected from a supplement versus an MD script. Oh well. These supplements weren't really cheap, considering the quantity of doses. Honestly, it's worth it. Good product.

This could be a great “men’s health” daily vitamin/supplement. Except, it has Yohimbe Bark. Yohimbe contributes absolutely nothing to men’s supplements, and this has been proven over the past five years. It’s not even good for you and in fact causes increased blood pressure. If you’ve ever taken a supplement made of a proprietary blend, and it made your skin crawl, the hair on your arms stand up on end, or an insatiable feeling of uncomfortableness and anxiety…well, that’s Yohimbe. They use it bc they used to think it helped with ED, but it doesn’t. It actually does nothing beneficial and has now been proven to be very bad for you. I’m actually surprised that GNC still uses this ingredient. Makes me think this product is an older supply. Not outdated or expired; just an older blend that GNC doesn’t appear to use any longer, as they have changed the ingredients. This product at GNC does not currently have Yohimbe Bark. Just fyi. Buyer beware.
