It looks good, reasonably easy to install.
The biggest down fall is the little grub screws, the strip very easy. But the last two I have installed are work great.

Smaller than it looks!
Getting enough room for the Allen wrench to turn without taking off the plastic cover is about impossible. Once that is off it is fine...BUT, if you put the latch on...then you can't get the plastic on back over it. So, you have to kind of jerk things around and get another person to pull out the plastic without cracking it as you screw it down. What a Job! However, it dies work like a champ, except it is a little over an inch on all four sides.
