Caswell-Massey Gardenia Soap Set

I’ve used this brand of soap for a long time.My skin is sensitive to a lot of brands but not the Casewell-Massey. I’ve probably tried every scent and all are beautifully fragrant but my absolute favorite is the rose. My husband loves the almond. It’s a high end quality soap and does not melt fast like the brands you find in the grocery or drug store. The 3 pack comes beautifully boxed up and makes a lovely hostess gift, if you’re willing to part with it!

This soap lasts!! Most cheap soaps melt away in no time. You need to replace, replace, replace so many times that you wind up spending more money than just buying a real soap in the first place! This soap smells nice AND is easy on your hands. I've been cutting back on luxuries these days but this soap is NOT a luxury in the age of Covid. A good soap that leaves you with clean hands but doesn't rip your them apart (who needs cracked hands with a virus around) is IDEAL. Finally, quality made in USA is an added plus!

First of all, I bought this soap in gardenia and I love the smell of gardenia flowers..This soap doesn't really smell like the gardenia flower to me...it smells like awesome scented soap and the aroma lingers on my body and clothes long after I've showered. It's a very appealing aroma...but I'm still searching for a soap that smells more like the natural flower. I love the way this lathers and I felt clean and refreshed after my shower...I'm in love with the smell of this soap, but not so much would I call it gardenia...

There's nothing inherently wrong with the soap that I noticed, great packaging and good solid bars. That said, one sniff and I get flashbacks of nursing homes, smells like old man soap to me I guess. 4 Stars, nothing wrong, just not for me!
