Aran CraftsMen's Irish Cable Knitted Cardigan Sweater (100% Merino Wool)

After wearing this sweater around the house for several days, I have to admit I'm quite pleased with the materials, craftsmanship, design and sizing. Although made of wool, it's spun in such a way that it's not itchy at all. The fabric has enough loft to keep you warm and yet is loose enough to allow your body to ventilate if you get too warm. THAT was a pleasant surprise!The size guide was excellent, and my sweater fits perfectly.Be aware that this is a HAND WASH ONLY garment, but that's typical of wool garments of this type. The sweater is nice enough that I don't think I'm going to mind that at all.

This wool cardigan is so warm without being too heavy. I love that it has pockets on the front, too. Very well made and durable. I'm a woman, and I bought the Size Small. Perfect.

This is a really nice sweater. It can be dressy or casual and it is warm.

Can a sweater be cozy? This one is. Close my eyes and I feel as though it was knitted just for me. I feel happy and warm. My wife bought one after she tried mine on. I love wool and she doesn't. Need a nudge? I think you won't be sorry.

I ordered the XXL for a fella who’s about 280 and 6’1" with long arms and a long torso. I ALWAYS have to buy him tall sizes but figured I could re-block this sweater for a bit of extra length if he needed it. It actually fits him perfectly! He can button it up and it doesn’t gape. He’s mostly a hoodie guy, but this is a nice option for work and chillier days. A gorgeous investment piece that will last for ages!

Husband's gift, well made, warm and a great color. Initially surprised at how much colored speckling there was but grew to love it quickly. Only issue I have is that the buttons and button holes were not lined up properly and there is a noticeable difference along the bottom

This is my second sweater. The first started to unravel the weave, leaving holes. The second sweater buttons fell off!Not a quality item.
