Mirror Size
I just got mine and the exact size of the mirror is as follows: Diameter of the normal mirror excluding the rim: 7-1/2". Diameter of the 10X magnifying mirror excluding the rim: 7" (the rim covers a larger part of the magnifying mirror than it does on the normal mirror). Diameter of the mirror including the rim: 7-7/8". Diameter of the mirror including the rim and the two mounting screws (left and right): 9". Height of the mirror including the base: 14-5/8". Although I was hoping that the mirror itself without the rim would be 8", which is not the case, the price of the mirror still makes the purchase a good value.

Good quality
The mirror is tall which is helpful for bathroom countertop use. The magnification is even and the stand is weighted well. I don't like the quality of the adhesive disc which needs to be applied to the base but the mirror itself is better than most.

Just What I Was Looking For
It was hard to find a magnifying mirror on a stand in rubbed bronze. This mirror was easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. Magnification is 10x and both sides provide clear reflections.
