Cotton Triple Zip Hipster Crossbody Purse

I have about 8 Vera bags. This one is most definitely NOT a genuine Vera. It looks like it until you get up close. The zipper ties are not the same. Inside is lined with some sort of plastic not the beautiful fabrics you see with genuine VB. Sorry I bought it. I've been traveling and missed the return window. Paid alot for it. Don't be fooled.

The Good: the print is beautiful.The Bad: the overall quality is not equal to the previous VB bag that I purchased - it seems cheap and flimsy, especially for the high price.The Worst: the bag's strap suffers from a fatal design flaw. Instead of using a strap that is sewn to each side of the bag separately with a buckle on each side of the strap that can be manually adjusted to each side separately (as shown in the second photo that depicts the previous Vera Bradley bag that I purchased), the new bag slides the strap across the bag to "self adjust" based on how the bag hangs across the body. This results in buckling and sagging of the bag (as shown in the photo) such that the bag does not properly hang straight as it should or as it is shown in the photos on the website.I'm sending it back due to poor design and bad price to value ratio - i.e. not worth the price!!!!

Over the past 20 years I've purchased numerous Vera bags as gifts and for myself. This one was for me, but I returned it asap. The fabric is light weight and poor quality, although pattern was pretty. The bag is no longer quilted through to the inside; rather there is a cheap interior lining that doesn't seem like it would wear well. I have this same hipster bag in an older pattern (fall/winter colors) that remains in far superior condition after ten years and machine washings. Shame on Vera Bradley's leadership for diminishing its founder's legacy of quality bags at a great price point. Neither is true anymore.

I have been using Vera Bradley bags for years and just recently purchased the crossover bag for personal use. I still love all the colors and fabric designs but am disappointed in the quality. All previous bags were lined and this one is so thin you can actually see daylight thru the bottom when it is held up. There is no way this will last as long as my previous purchases which truly disappoints me as the cost continues to rise but not the workmanship.

2/11/2020 Update - I have purchased several Triple Zip Hipster bags. Loved all the others, which is why I keep buying different colors/patterns...but this one is NOT the same size, zippers, or quality of the other ones. This one is smaller (by an inch) on bottom width, the zippers are cheaper and don't move freely on the two zippers on the front of the bag, the top zipper is way too long...so they just left it hanging inside of the purse, the back exterior slip pocket isn't stitched across the top, and the material feels really stiff and not soft like my other Vera Bradley bags. Now, either VB's have greatly changed for the worst...or this bag is a counterfeit. Either way, it's a major disappointment and I'm immediately returning it. Things like this are really frustrating because we expect that when we buy a name brand product...that it BE a name brand product.Original Review:Pros: I love the size, the color/pattern (Rain Forest), and all the pockets. Zippers work smoothly. Love the hands free nature of crossbody bags and the versatility of being able to easily adjust the strap to make it a shoulder bag. This is a great travel or running errands bag. Price is crazy good...for a reason.Cons: just one - in order to sell these bags at such a crazy price, they’re skimping a little on materials. The strap is narrower than my older VB bags. This is my first VB bag that doesn’t have the coordinating pattern print for the interior and pocket linings...the new lining isn’t “bad” but it detracts from the quality and specialness of the overall bag. And outer material says cotton, but feels like a blend...and again, not as nice as the older bags.Overall, I do like bag due to the the positives listed above. But from this point on, I’ve learned for me, I need to really look for the older prints to be completely satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered this purse to use on a trip because my friends love them. It was delayed in the Prime delivery and literally arrived just as I was leaving. I put my things in it and later that day I was shocked to find a hole on an interior pocket. I emptied it back out and found a second hole. As this was the only purse I would have for 2 weeks, I have used it, but had to constantly check to make sure nothing had migrated through the holes and into the space between the lining and the purse. I really like how light it is and the fabric it is made of, but I won't order any others because their poor quality assurance doesn't make the purse worth the money. Once I buy some fray check I will make the necessary repairs, but for this price, I really shouldn't have to.

Love this bag! It’s huge. I’m a big woman and it fits around me and isn’t tight. Plenty of pockets the outside front bottom one has two small pockets inside. The top outside is huge. On the backside of the purse has a slot for our phone which is nice. My iPhone 7 Plus fits inside it. The inside is spacious. Great item!

I got this bag for traveling. The three outer pockets are very versatile: keys, gum, comb etc. There is a place for everything I wanted to carry each day and the bag is light on your shoulder. The deep zippered center pocket holds a lot. This center pocket also has a zippered inner pocket which is safe yet convenient for your cards or cash. I can't tell you how many compliments I received. The colorful paisley print goes with everything. I give this bag my highest recommendation.

I love it. It is so useful and light. It is a good size for a cross body and all my things go in it very well.

This purse is Beautiful and everything I've been looking for! It holds everything I need perfectly, it's loaded with pockets all through it, I love everything about it and wish I could give it the 5th star, the only problem with the purse is the main zipper is wonky on one end and will surely start messing up, I don't know if it happened during production but the zipper wasn't sewn down properly, sadly that leads me to believe I won't get to use it long, but other than that flaw, this purse is amazing in the pocket placements etc....and did I mention it's so pretty......

I bought this July 2016, and was surprised at the size & all the pockets. It is light and fits comfortably on my shoulder. I take this back and forth downtown with my laptop bag & I barely know it's there. It holds all of my stuff plus more. I was extremely impressed. The colours are also vibrant & match with most of anything I wear. Very impressed... I will be sure to be looking at other Vera Bradley purchases

Esta demasiado grande para mi, tiene varios cierres, dos por fuera de metal y dos por dentro de Plastico muy bonitos los de plástico, no se porque los de fuera los pusieron de metal se ven burdos, la tela es muy bonita y muy primaveral, espero sea ligera y no pese mucho cuando la use.
