EXTREME LOUD!!!
Extremely LOUD!!!!! Returned within a week as nobody could hear each other over the loudness. You only experience good air movement on high, but not worth competing over the sound.

Not the same as the old one
I bought similar (size and looks) Vornado fan about 15 years ago. It was simply amazing. We used to call it the Vornado tornado. For a fan of this size and design, it really pumped out a lot of air. On high it pumped out too much air, if that's possible. It created a wind storm on high.. It would blow things off the table if it was pointed directly at them..This appears to be the same fan but it's not even close as far as the breeze it pumps out. It's nice enough fan that blows a pretty decent stream of air.Unfortunately I thought it was buying something that would be similar to my old Vornado fan. It's not even close.

This is my second Vornado.
I can't stand fans blowing directly on me. The Vornado moves the air in the room in a gentle current that doesn't bother me. I have had my first one for years and it's still going strong. I keep it handy during the winter months, too. You can't beat it for air circulation.

Really superb fan.
Bought this because a smaller one really kept my bedroom cool with circulating air. Got it for my living room. Past week has been in high 80s with humidity to match. Cool enough not to need my window a/c. Love Vonardo products. Even have a small heater for winter.

Great, quiet fan with crazy air movement
This is what you expect from vornado. On low and medium the fan is hardly audible. On high, it’s a whirlwind in the room. I can’t recommend this fan enough.
