Wonderful surprise for a would-be mermaid!
I really hate that it sheds sequins, but it fit really well on my granddaughter, and she was thrilled with it. She had to put it on immediately!

The fit was fine and outfit is cute but sequins are all falling off. It is leaving sequins everywhere. Not a good inside costume! But ok for outside play.
