NOT like Oral-B quality at all
I bought these based on the stellar reviews of others, but it turns out they're hardly anything like the picture and they aren't branded by the generic company either. I wish I had noticed before opening the package. They're very cheaply made, bristles are super soft and spread unevenly. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Affordable, effective, good construction
These work well. I think the cross-action bristles do a more-thorough job. These seem to be better made than previous cheap brush heads I've bought, which had a high failure rate. Description says the blue bristles fade with use (to show when it's time to replace them), but so far I've seen no evidence of this after about 2 months. In any case, these are an excellent value.

The best value
These crops action brush heads are outstanding for my Oral B Pro 1000. The value and quality is beyond compare. As soon as these were delivered, I used them. I had Cleaner teeth and these heads do a great job. The Oral B heads are expensive and they are not manufactured in Germany more. I was going to Dollar General getting their generic Oral B heads for $5.00 each. These heads are far superior and you get a deeper clean also for 16 of them! The Oral B cross action heads you get two or three heads for $20.00. This is a no brainer.

I'm a Hygienist - do not buy these
Being in the dental field i try many products. I have settled on the oral B as the superior brush. However I do want to save money and usually buy generic heads unless I receive a few name brand samples through conventions.Having tried this and several generic heads, i found that after a few months when I used a new head my gums would bleed surprisingly. So i tested why this might be, by activating the brush on my palm and applying pressure. What happens with these generics is that the brush head stalls as soon as pressure is applied. Instead of rotating(turning back and forth) AND oscillating (vibrating), they just vibrate under pressure. The cheap mechanism can't rotate the head with even minimal pressure. Give it a try, turn it on dry and watch it rotate then apply pressure and it stops.I thought ok change it more often. But found it only lasted a week or two before this happens. The name brand heads have a metal piece inside and these are plastic internals. Maybe that is why.So now I pay the bucks for name brand, my gums are healthier and the heads last longer.

Doesn't Last - Not Actually Saving Money
I decided to try these off-brand heads because they were much cheaper. Unfortunately, this is a case of "you get what you pay for".When I first put these on, I recognized that the internals are all plastic. It still seemed to function fine, so I assumed it wasn't a huge deal. It felt cheap, but everything functioned fine.Fast-forward a month, and I noticed that the head was no longer spinning. I imagine that the internal plastic parts just gave out. I have no idea how long it was broken for, as it didn't really feel any different in my mouth.I then changed it and paid closer attention. This time, I noticed the issue after only a week! The head still spun, and seemed to work fine. BUT, if you apply any pressure to the head, it stops rotating, and will basically just vibrate. So you know, putting it in your mouth will apply pressure, thus it won't spin.TL/DR:These things work really well...for a few days. After that the internals are shot, and it basically just vibrates (no rotating action).

Great Alternative to the ones from Pricey Oral B!
I have used Oral B heads on and off. Compared to the in-house Walmart brand, they were better and also lasted longer. These ones, however, seemed to be even better than the ones at Walmart and also even less expensive as well. They seem to be working well and presumably last just as long. I will need another month to be certain but from using them a little shy of 2 months, I am confident. One caveat: In the last week or so, the very first one I have been using, seem to have become a bit loose because it seems to come off from the main unit if I am applying a little more pressure to the head while moving it up and down. Not sure if this is an isolated issue or I will experience it with the others, only time will tell.Overall, I am pretty impressed and they are a hell of a value, especially compared to the ones from Oral B.

Great Brush Head for a Great Price
I started using one of these brushheads a couple of weeks ago and am completely satisfied with its performance. I have ordered generic brush heads for Oral-B electric toothbrushes in the past and been less than satisfied because the heads did not stay on the toothbrush while I was brushing my teeth. This is not the case with the AlaynaTM generic Cross Action toothbrush heads. And it's hard to beat the price. Less than $1 per brush head compared to around $6 for the Oral-B brand brush head.

Don't work and may cause dental issues
Purchased for my husband who has used store bought off brands before. After a year of thinking these are doing the job, he started getting tooth pain and stained teeth. Turns out, these only spin when extremely little or no pressure is applied. Tested the remaining new heads and none of them spin when gently pressed to the finger. When in the mouth it feels like it's working from the vibrations but it isn't! So unknowingly, he hasn't brushed his teeth properly in the last year. Stay away from these brushes and shell out a few more dollars for an off brand at a local retailer if you don't want to go all in on oral b replacements.
