Returned Box?
Guessing this was a return from a previous customer. All parts were included in box, however it was obvious the box had been opened because the plastic packaging was torn open inside the box. Parts were also dirty. I put the pads on anyways, since I needed them. Will see how they hold up. Update: Brakes now squeak, as others have also noted. I won't be purchasing this product in the future.

Unacceptable!
Box was in good condition, but package had been open because only three of the four brake pads were present. Also brake pads were showing scratches on the back as if they had been used. Totally unacceptable since I had ordered a new set not a used set.

very easy to install hardware included excellent quality and design well designed pad no more aftermarket pads for me i'm sold on these and i highly recommend to anyone I replaced these on my 2014 Chevy Silverado and they work great no more squeeking or chattering thank you for the miles of smiles !!!
