Broke after 1st use !!
Felt useful while using it for 1st time to remove heads.But, the metal ring at the tips broke from the handle, within few minutes while removing heads. Not strong.

No Pouch bag
I received my order in a plastic packet rather than a pouch. It came in a cheap plastic bag printed with the brand name. The product is not effective for removing ingrown hairs or for any other use. It does not match the images shown during the order process. I had prepaid for this order, and since I was out of town when it arrived, I missed the return window. My maid took the package and kept it for me.
