Looking like a great board for the price great quality they make it easy to store and travel with, with the finest set screw setup definitely an upgrade from the wavestorm I have comparing buoyancy, sturdiness and easy mobility with the built-in handle easy to carry with your with small child in a baby carrier down to your beach spot the fins look aerodynamic compared to other cheaper boards. Packaging was on point I actually got frustrated with how much work it took to unwrap it which is a good thing. I feel like it was worth every penny plus they offer a 2yr warranty can't go wrong So kudo's to South board Bay Co. They also called to make a scheduled delivery so it wasn't just sitting on my porch unbelievable service

Very cool board. No wax needed! This is my first foam board and it surfs great, without worrying about being hurt if I get hit by it, or having sore ribs the next day from padding on a hard surface.

The surfboard is nice. however the box was damaged causing slight damage to the board. The Seller was quick to rectify the situation. For that reason, I am pleased with my purchase.

It paddles well and is steady even in choppy conditions. It is foam but heavy 23 lbs I think, this gives it more heft and helps an old guy with problems getting to standing. The thickness takes some getting used to. I think it was worth the money but tomorrow will try my 9 foot board and see how it compares. Chinese with problem of loosening of posterior skew after an hour of surfing; but this is easy to fix just doing tightening with hand. All in all a good buy but wave tracker from Costco gives more for money ($100 8 ft). Pbkahuna

I am approximately 250 Lbs. and have not been able to find a board to float me well .. the Heritage 8’8 does the trick .. it’s been 30 years since I stood up and rode the line on a wave .. it was bitter sweet.. Old guys can still have fun surfing .. lol 5 stars all the way around ...

Really like this board. It is terrific. They took into account all features you need on a foam longer board. I got the 8.8', and highly recommend it.
