I liked the savoury taste and my impression is that it keeps things moving if you know what I mean. I eat about 3 heaped desert spoonfuls per day on salad. Can't say I have noticed any other benefits. You might do if you are deficient in something.

Did not like tbis at all....it tastes awful!

This cost £17ish so quite a large outlay but if you have a couple of friends who use it it’s a steal! The kg price for this was about £9 while some of the others were £40 per kg. Always compare the per 100grams/kg price. This huuuuge tub will keep two families in cheesy goodness for well over a year!!!
