The idea of a time released vitamin was exactly what I was looking for. I have been taking Vitamin C regularly for about a month, and so far my skin has improved significantly. I have extremely dry skin. My skin on my legs has improved with a dramatically different appearance. No more "alligator" scales. Just smooth skin. Not bad for an old lady - lol. I highly recommend buying this product.

Everyone needs vitamin C… Time release is the best way to keep it in your system longer since it is a water soluble vitamin. Usually take the capsule form, but these were a much better value… So far so good.

Just what I needed
1000mg per pill, 120 pills, all for a really low price. It's my understanding that any Vitamin C supplements above 2000mg are overdoing it and putting people at risk of adverse effects, so this is exactly what I needed. I do wish the pills had a slit in the middle so they could be cut in half, but I'm still very happy with these.

I love it so far
I've only used it for 2 days but so far I am thrilled with it. It has been cleansing my colon and I lost 1 pound on each of the 2 days. I realize that that will not continue at the same rate but so far so good.
