Poor quality. Don't buy it.
My mom (97y.o.) took it for her heart problem (arrythmia and tachycardia). Her bowl movement developed strong unpleasant smell (absolutely identical to cats' poop!) right after she started taking it. Tien Chi powder looked old in color and taste.
