The book presents the different aspects of audits, following the typical chronological flow of the activities any audit team performs. A lot of examples are presented both during the book and in the annexes. The main drawback is that the book focuses on audits according to some management system (not necessarily ISO), for me with just a little effort, the examples should have been extended to informal audit to troubleshoot organizational problems, i.e. to find issues of the way a company manage environmental, health and safety before the formal audit.
