Q: Is there a zipper pocket on the inside and on the outside?

Yes. There is a zipper pocket on the outside and one on the inside. There is also an interior pocket with NO zipper on the opposite side as the interior pocket WITH the zipper.

Q: How long is the strap?

33-34" from top of strap to bottom of bag. The strap itself is about 16" from top of bag to the top of the strap.

Q: Is the design on both sides?

The design is on both sides of the bag but not on both sides of the bag handle. Also the inside of the bag is a solid color of some kind. Mine is gray inside but others may be a different color inside.
