Easy to mix, simple consistency control. Took my gel food colours well and tasted great on the cookies. I’m a novice at decorating and I feel I got a professional and consistent result from this mix. I decorated four dozen cookies and still had some icing left over so it’s an excellent value as well. The icing took to being dehydrated well to expedite the decorating process too.

Great product! Just add water and you’re good to go! I decorated 4 dozen gingerbread cookies with ease. I added vanilla and white food color and they look as great as they taste!

The royal icing was easily mixed. Had a smooth consistency and ease of use. My family enjoyed using this icing successfully to built gingerbread houses.
