Caitlin McAllister, a seer, her best friend tells Danica she must go to the Wilcox cabin to heal. While staying at the cabin Danica meets the ghost of her future lover; she feels she is destined to travel back over a century to prevent his death so they can be together. Angela McAllister Wilcox, Prima. of her clan recommends Danica visit an ancient Navajo holy man, Alexander for training on time travel. Alexander Begione helped Angela develop her gift to walk on the astral plane in a previous book in the series. Danica practices and does it. So with extreme research, shopping and planning Danica prepares to go back in time! I ❤❤❤ how Christine Pope ties historical content into this story while joining it to present day. So much of the book was tied to preparing to and time spent in the 19th century that I felt the book ended to abruptly. I really wanted Danica to have her HEA story because she was so victimized in Book 5. I was left wanting more again . . . waiting for another book . . . to find out how Danica and Robert's story will end. I will buy it because it's going to be a good read!

I like the easy way Ms. Pope presents her characters. Their lives have normal obstacles and I enjoy getting to know them people's her series unravels. Angela and Connor are believable and experience many ups and downs. Growth is essential for them to keep the novel going and hook her readers. Love this series and love this author. Now reading other series.

I got hooked on this series a few years ago and always anticipate the next book. The last one was similar in story line to previous books, but this one stood out as very unique story. Set in a younger America, the author clearly did her homework on giving this book the perfect setting and feel. I can't wait for the next book!

I have read this book in two days and it makes me wants more so to speak. I have purchased the entire series and will most likely be reading the series from the beginning because it was that good. Thank you to Christine Pope who has taken me and many other readers to a world that she has created with her mind. My summer is only going to get hotter with this series!!

I have read all the books in this series and this was my favorite of the series. It is great because it has a wonderful story, but also hits on my love of historical fiction and gives a lot of insight to the clan history because the book was set in the time of the first primus. It was very well done all around.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Ms Pope's stories of the modern day witches. I was hooked after the first and I hope she keeps writing about modern day witches. I would recommend this series to anyone who loves reading about witchcraft. A excellent read. I hope she continues the series...)0(

Quickly catches and keeps your interest. You can't wait to see what happens next. Totally entertaining and keeps you wanting more.

Loved this instalment in the series, with its blending of the Victorian and the modern. It's obviously been well-researched as it's extremely well-written, and I love the characters and the descriptions.Thoroughly recommend both this book and this series, though please note they're not suitable for younger readers due to sexually explicit content

Christine pope is a fantastic writer, and this book, the sixth in the series is no exception, taking you into a world you can only imagine in your dreams. Great story, very imaginative, bringing together old faces in this latest episode. Keep Going Christine. I never want this series to end.

A truly enjoyable read. A journey into the past to save a ghost, same town, different time, would she manage to pull it off?

Great book, enjoyed the full work and hope there will be much more in the Series. I have had some sleepless nights because I couldn't put the book down, wow, wow, wow.
