All of Paul Stamet's mushroom supplements are simply amazing. They are the best and the purest mushroom supplements one can purchase. I take quite a few, including Chaga, My Community, Turkey Tail, and Lion's Mane, but my recent discovery of Mesima Mushroom may be my favorite insofar that it actually seems to reduce symptoms of Hashimoto's and promotes restful sleep, a combination which is fantastic for someone like me. I'm middle aged and recently had to have saddled pulmonary embolisms removed from my lungs. During the CT scan, they also found nodules in there. I've been experiencing some lung pains and i've already been taking Paul Stamet's seventeen mushroom MycoCommunity immune defense supplement. I have since added Fungi Perfecti's Mesima, Cordyceps/Reishi and red ginseng extract to my supplement routine and have been taking these for about a week now while I wait on a visit with a pulmonologist. I can report in that short time that my lungs already are starting to feel less inflamed and swollen. I'm hoping that I do not have a metastasis in my lungs of any kind but I will continue to take these supplements even if radiation and chemotherapy is necessary.
