PRETTY ENOUGH FOR SERVING
Nicely made product. Pretty enough to use as a serving dish. Non-stock works well. Very easy to clean. Be careful not to scratch it by using metal utensils.

Great bread loaf pan
Perfect!I was a little concerned- I ordered 2 pans and they were shipped stacked on top of each other - a few scratches but the pans performed great-no sticking.

Perfect Loaf Pan
I started making pound cakes again and wanted a new pan that didn’t stick. I started with buying the Procast pound cake pan by Nordic Ware. Loved everything about it. Easy release and those handles are wonderful. I was getting tired of making a cake and taking it to someone’s house and they only ate or served half of it. I decided to look at the loaf pans because it would be easy to make only half of the recipe. So I bought the Nordic Ware Procast Classic Loaf. I enjoyed the crust it made on the top of each slice. Since you have to go through all that effort just to make one loaf, I decided to buy a second pan so I could make the whole cake but put it in two loaf pans, one to give and one to keep. Treat yourself!

Bought a selection, came out best
My wife bakes banana breads for virtually everyone we know. It’s her thing. So I decided to hunt down the best pan around for her.I bought the regular NordicWare, a KitchenAid and a silicon. Honestly, all of the metal ones cooked pretty well. But this one carried the edge on rigidity, even baking, great crusts, even rises. And its molded edge doesn’t catch baked on dirt like some folded edges so comes clean every time.She still has all four pans to choose from. She’ll use others when baking multiple loaves. But this is her default go to. And the one she sing praises about to everyone she gives loaves to.

I love this pan
I've been using this pan for several years; it never disappoints. Be aware that the flutes on the outside are decorative. Your loaf will not be fluted. The handles are marvelous. No more sticking a gloved thumb into a tender cake!
