They are comfortable and good for my feet unfortunately not stretching so my partner couldn’t have them as too small

Not good, I'm sure the small print will say results may differ.
No good did nothing for me other than make it worse. I got a set of plantar fasciitis specific heel insoles at boots from Scholl after I tried these. The difference at half the price, night and day. Took a day for insoles to form then like magic pain all gone. This product did nothing apart from being annoying.
