Not according to description.. wouldn't recommend
No where in description seller has mentioned that bag is dry (without liquid ) and I need to add liquid myself. Also there is no instruction regarding liquid type, amount ...There is no manual or any instruction with box . , felt unsafe to use .Applied for return , amazon just said forget it and refunded .. 5 star for amazon .

I've always had these to ease my pain, but never had them delivered as an empty one. So interesting to fill up one myself. I bought two this time, this one is better than the other one as the fleece feels warmer but not burning hot, the silky surface one can feel too hot to hold. These hot bottles are so clearer and much better than the traditional ones. Don't understand why it's so difficult to get in the UK. They are great products as I don't need to use the kettle to refill it all the time. The only problem is that the charger is EU style, luckily I have an adaptor to allow me to use it.
