Goo Gone Pro-Power - 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) - Professional Strength Adhesive Remover, Spray Pump, Yellow

My problem is not with the product which works very well, but with the sprayer. For me the sprayer just does not work well, so I replaced it with a nozzle from a hair color plastic bottle. This works a lot better because the nozzle is long and thin with a small hole which allows more precise application. I put a rubber caulk cap on the nozzle to close it. Other than that I find the product works best if you can peel some of the paper away from the label or scratch up the label so the remover can penetrate better then apply a sufficient amount of remover and let it soak in for several minutes to penetrate and loosen the adhesive. Some adhesives are more stubborn than others so a couple of applications may be required. Also this remover has a light pleasant smell which is a plus.

I recently moved into a newly renovated apartment where unfortunately the workers didn't take the most caution in installing the floors. The plank floors installed seem to have had some kind of sticker stuck to many of the planks, and I found these little goo spots on the floor variously throughout the apartment (at least a dozen of them separately). I tried scrubbing them off by hand using just soap and water but that didn't really work very well. I bought this product and all of them lifted off with ease. I just sprayed the spots, let sit for about 10 seconds, and wiped away with a cotton wash cloth. Some of the bigger spots took 2-3 rounds of spraying and wiping but nothing too laborious. I was able to get all of the spots completely off and now you cannot tell they were ever there -- even if you look closely and know exactly where they were! Additionally this did not discolor the floors in any way. Very happy with the performance of this product.

Works as intended

The goo gone works as you would expect on sticker residues. But the spray pump bottle is beyond worthless. It cannot pump, it cannot spray, it leaks when trying to use it from the sprayer area. Even taking the sprayer and tube to a glass of water, it can't even spray that. So the issue is how tiny the tube is and the sprayer head. And getting the sprayer assembly off the bottle is a PITA. The bottle itself does not leak though. Save yourself some coin and just get the regular bottle.

That irritating glue residue can finally be erased! I’ve tried everything with no luck. This stuff does the trick! Easy to use, does the job and dries quickly! I’m in awe of it’s ability and solved the problem immediately. Great find, great product !

This removed double sided carpet tape from my laminate flooring. It was so filthy as it had been holding that 3 by 8 rug in place for 3 years! It worked well, and it did NOT damage the floor at all. I tried all kinds of other things first, but this did the job! I want people to know that it doesn’t damage laminate flooring, because when I read reviews, that wasn’t something that I learned.

I know this company has been around for quite some time, but had no idea that it could remove tar off of my car. I went driving in a development that had recently been paved and was unaware because they were no signs, and tar was all over the back of my car. I didn’t have the opportunity to sit and try and take it off for a few months and this product still worked! Definitely recommend.

I have a 2002 Honda Odyssey Van that had a 20 year old peeling clear coat on the hood that looked like total crap, and I bought this product and a Plastic Razor Scraper, and I was finally able to remove all of the crappy remaining clear coat on the hood, it took quite a bit of elbow grease, however, to my surprise, it didn't even damage my paint job at all and the hood looks as good as new, I am so happy and impressed, absolutely amazing product!! I forgot to take before and after pictures, I did it at the car wash.
