I was really pleased to give this selection pack a try in the hope that whilst they might not save a lot on price, it might go some way to finding a viable alternative. They're fully recyclable which is a good start. And the flavour is actually really impressive.

Got the right one for small pods?This is the Caffètutto Selezione Arcobaleno Rainbow Multipack Coffee Pods x 10 capsules x 5 packs.If you have a Nespresso machine then you will know how much the capsules are, not cheap, these work out just over 34p a cup. Also ensure you have the correct machine, which I didn't in the past! I had a Vertuo Plus, but luckily have a Nespresso machine now. I have my own Central Perk at home.The flavours are nice, some richer, some stronger and all smell divine whilst making. You get 4 x espresso with strength ratings out of 10 (Rosso 5, Oro 6, Nero 8 and Argento 9) and 1 x lungo (violo 6). All can be used with milk, cream or oat milk (my choice) if preferred.A bit more milk evens out the strength in the argento and looks good in a clear glass cup...until you stir ha.If you are after a multipack of coffee pods look no further, but ensure you have the correct Nespresso machine, one that takes small capsules! Recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrived nicely packaged and sealed. Pods are aluminium and very similar to others in the market. They fit perfectly in my machine and don't jam.The coffee produced has a really nice crema layer and works really well with milky drinks as well.Taste is always a personal preference, I have tried one variety so far, one of the stronger ones, and I like it as it is full flavoured but not bitter.Very good high end coffee experience for the price.

We've owned an original capsule style Nespresso machine for 3 years now and have tried numerous makes of pod. Without a shadow of a doubt, the Nespresso ones are by far the best but are expensive with some now being over 40p per capsule.These work out at roughly 34p per capsule so up there towards the top end.What's the first thing you do when new coffee pods arrive? You make a cup of coffee, of course!This is of the Viola Lungo and I have to say that the taste is well up there.I don't like the Nespresso made Starbuck's ones and the L'Or ones aren't a patch on Nespresso's own. Costa is poor, Aldi poor, Grind poor. Most of them are poor.These are good and I'm close to a 5 star but Nespresso is 5 and these aren't quite as good.Boy, they're close though. Slightly slower throughput than Nespresso but no water first as sometimes happens with 3rd party capsules.If you buy them, you won't be disappointed. 2nd in my list behind Nespresso's own.Let's say 4 and a half stars.

They taste great - work perfectly in my machine and have not caused any problems for it.

I have a Krups Essenza Mini and it does not like these aluminium pods for some reason.Despite being aluminium, they don’t dispense correctly and the water barely comes through. For that reason, the coffee takes a good while to dispense and then it’s weak in flavour.I may have been unlucky with my machine so hopefully just a one off but unfortunately I’m not able to recommend if you have that machine.Value for money wise, they are cheaper than the brand leaders but there are cheaper alternatives. 30p a capsule is towards the upper end so it’s a shame it didn't work properly.

✅ As described and as advertised.✅ No issues with Nespresso machine✅ 50 pack is good value at 34pence each but the value is even better with the larger pack - best unit price is 20pence each.✅ We opted for a variety pack - 10 capsules of 5 different flavours. We think this is the best way to try different brands and different coffee types and if you find the one you like you can buy the bulk packs!✅ Good flavours - all very drinkable - no issues here.
