England Stove Works Pellet Stove Auger Feed Gearbox Motor - PU-047040 - PH-CCW1 ♥ Replacement Parts

I purchased this as a replacement motor for my Englander 25-PDVC pellet stove.As stated in the description the stove does come with both male and female terminals. I assumed that both would be "detached" as shown in the image. That wasn't the case. The male terminals were already installed. This was actually a plus, as I was going to need to use the male terminals (that's what the motor was replacing). Unfortunately when trying to connect the provided male terminals to the female terminals that were part of the stove the plastic insulators are incompatible. They are the same size, and therefore won't work together. I had to "cut" the insulators on the male part to allow them to expand a bit over the female terminals on the stove. Not the end of the world, but something to be aware of. It also came with female terminals if you need them, but you'd have to cut off the male terminals and crimp them on.The bigger problem with this particular motor is that it is quite noisy. I'm using this as a replacement for the "top" motor on my Englander stove, which runs intermittently (the bottom motor runs continuously). Each time this motor starts and stops I can hear it. It's not a terrible sound in any way, but a whirring sound (I suspect this is on the input, as the motor has a significant gear reduction). I can hear it over the TV. I can hear it over the Fan of the stove (at most speeds, but we keep the fan to a pretty low speed).The unit does work, and fits the specific model I've indicated, but I may end up purchasing another one and keeping this one as a back up for next time something fails (I've already replaced the bottom motor... Last year maybe, but ordered from a different vendor).

Bought this for a Whitfield stove I had. The place where I bought the stove said that this auger motor was no longer available. Well thank you Amazon! I did make a mistake and order the wrong motor as it spun the auger CCW instead of the required CW that my stove required. No big deal. Just flip the magnets and it will reverse the direction.

I just have them in stock so I haven't had to use one yet. They look like they will be good to go.

Excellently built and very easy to install, I bought two in case the other motor goes but I’m not worried about having to install it.
