Women's Winter Long Down Jacket with Fur Hood Raglan Sleeve Coat Quilted Comfort Jacket

The coat is long and wraps me comfortably. Especially since the weather has gotten cold recently, I don't feel cold wearing it to send the kids to school in the morning. I really like the length and the size. I usually wear size 12 and a size M is a perfect fit. I hope it can help everyone's reference to the size.

I was undecided which size to order, as I am 16/18. So I ordered large and XL. They both came next day and I decided on XL as it gave me room to wear thick jumpers underneath. Not that I think I’ll need thick jumpers, the coat is very warm and lovely quality. A few niggles prevent me giving it 5 stars. I took the hood off, and could I re-zip it on again? It was so difficult. My husband did it in the end, and I won’t be removing the hood again! Also the double zip is a bit fiddly at the bottom at the front, and the hood is very large. However overall I’m pleased with my purchase. A lovely, warm, smart coat for the winter.

I am 5'1" tall and curvy and this coat is pretty much full length on me which is exactly what I wanted for warmth. I bought it in a size L to fit a standard size UK14 and it is perfect allowing for a thick jumper underneath if needed. I love the purple colour. The hood does flop over my face but a bit of stitchery will fix that. Following earlier reviews I scanned every seam for loose threads but found none at all. In fact the coat seems very well made indeed - amazing quality for the price. I am delighted with it.

I did debate a lot on the sizing and how the coat would turn out. I have to say that I am really happy with it. I am 5'6'' and a size 10; I chose size S. It fits perfectly, and I certainly have room for a light cardi. The padding is perfectly adequate for "British north" weather (but perhaps not for Canadian-style temperatures). I love the hood - it is quite large and covers my hair (which is quite thick).

Coat fits like a glove. Ordered S and as size 10 it fits perfectly so no room for layering underneath. Not that you would need to as it is very cosy and warm. I have removed the hood because it is much to big. I am tall, 5’9 and this coat is long, comes about 3 inches below my knees so don’t know why it is called a jacket. I love it.

I ordered my usual size. This coat fits perfectly with room for an extra layer underneath for really cold days. It looks very smart and has elasticated cuffs under the sleeves, unlike the purple one. The hood is very big! I have not yet been able to test it in adverse weather but it seems cosy.

Bought as suggested a size bigger, it swamps me, the fur on the hood looks cheap and nasty, will be sending back and won’t be ordering in the smaller size, definitely not worth the money, very disappointed.
