The flavor is not as robust as I expected but I added 1/4 tsp of Cinnamond and 3 drops of real Vanilla to my bread recipe and that fixed the taste. It's a good buy. I'm getting ready to order another tub.

I have IBS and can not longer eat wheat flour. I made one loaf of bread with this flour and then noticed the final product was much different that other spelt flowers. It was more moist and sliced easily without crumbles and when I ate a couple of slices, the next day I had a bit of a loose stool. Then I looked at the container closer and noticed that it had a statement on the lable that read "contains wheat". What percent wheat is in this flour?

I opened the sealed container and found two alive bugs in the flour. Unfortunately this item can’t be returned.Update:I contacted the company and got a refund. I have ordered this flour 2 more times since then and I am very satisfied.

This is so helpful for my alkaline journey. It also does not bloat like regular flour. I love it!
