Always a gamble buying Vanilla protein but this brand have some great flavours which I’ve tried in the past and loved and this is no exception. Highly recommended

Filling as casein protein should be. But has a very grainy texture when mixed with liquid. Good for cooking though.

It's casein. What sense can you say? It clumps up quickly in contact with acids (even milk). It's very thick compared to whey products, as it should be. The vanilla flavoring is fairly mild, medium sweet, and doesn't compete with other flavors if blended with fruit or other products. Definitely feeds your body very slowly, as attested to by the fact that if I take it an hour or so before bed, I wake up with no hunger and no signs of fat burning having taken place over the night. Great product if you're trying to support muscle maintenance (or gain) and can't get enough protein throughout the day. Don't recommend it (or any casein product) at night if fat loss is your goal.
