I bought this product less than a month ago to replace the mount that came with the mic arm that broke (it broke in the exact same way). I don’t do anything crazy with my mic besides move it around like anyone else would. Really disappointed that this broke within a month of owning it. The grip also didn’t really grip to my wood desk so it kept sliding around as well even fully clamped down on my desk.(I have a Shure MV7 mounted to my mic stand so it’s not a heavy mic)
