Servant Of The Mind [Deluxe 2CD]

A great album with some awesome rifts. Saw them at Download Festival 2022 and they rocked the place. Particularly like 'Shotgun Blues' - really cannot get that rift out of my head, or do I want to! I would most certainly recommend this album, not many albums that I play over and over but this is one of them.

Been a fan of Volbeat for a while now and love there heady mix of metal,thrash, rock and roll and the Devil !However I felt the last couple of albums were a bit to commercial / soft but , Servant of the Mind , turns the metal back full on and not weak track in sight. Even the bonus track are worthyCan’t pick a favourite track but love the Sabbath tones of The Sacred Stones and The singles Shotgun Blues and Becoming. Hell it’s all brilliant!Buy !

Probably their best album following a couple of less than great efforts. A return to the heavier sound helps.

Great album. 2cd is well worth it.
