Best natural brown sugar alternative
I’ve been trying to move away from artificial sweeteners like sucralose for gut health reasons, and this Pure Via Baker’s Secret soft brown sugar alternative has been the best natural option I’ve found so far. The texture is outstanding it really does feel like traditional wet brown sugar. Apparently it is ideal for baking, but I use it for my coffee and tea. It dissolves well in coffee and tea. The taste is very good, though naturally it’s less sweet than sucralose, so I do find myself using a little more to achieve the same level of sweetness. I expect I’ll adjust to this over time. One major positive is that it hasn’t caused any stomach discomfort, which has been an issue with xylitol for instance. Overall, a high-quality keto- and vegan-friendly sweetener that delivers great taste and performance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more natural sugar substitute.

Expensive but just like brown sugar
I hate sweeteners but this is the nicest sugar alternative I’ve used. Lovely in coffee. No aftertaste. Used in baking too, it’s just like brown sugar. It’s expensive but I’ll buy again.

Great product but the price is exorbitant!
Good product that does what it says on the packet. Taste is fine for me, slightly less sweet than sugar. I do not understand how they seek to justify the price, In the end, I think that it will put me off using it.

looks good
I shall be using tommorrow to make salted caramel, as I have tried sugar free before which worked. This is soft brown and looks and tastes like the real thing so hope this makes the caramel which will go into some home made ice cream. I'd reccommend getting this for diabetics.

Okay as a product but
This is okay as a product for baking but a pack of 4 just arrived with well under a month on the best before: use by date. For the expensive nature of it that’s just not on. If these have a short date date that should be hi-lighted or reduced price, I would never use 4 packets of sugar in 2 weeks. Not happy.
