Making Jewelry with a French Knitter: The Easy Way to Make Beautiful Beaded Accessories (Design Originals)

I too, found this book lacking in designs. It does explain each step and tells you what to do, good details for the French knitter, but I would have liked to see more variety of threads and fibers...maybe use of more different kinds of threads and less beads per project.. Perhaps 2-3 different kinds of fibers knitted together (a thin shiny thread, metallic or sparkly filament, a flat solid color floss and maybe a wispy thin ribbony/feathery yarn or ribbon) and the beads more spread out on them, using less. Maybe add some knots to the fibers for added flair......Just some ideas for book #2...????

There really isn't that much in this pamphlet. What you see on the cover is the best of it. The instructions are clear enough but they come with the French Knitter so I was looking more for projects and inspiration.

this is a great little craft book. haven't done any projects from it yet. only been reading through it, but looks easy enough. never even thought I'd fine a French knitter craft project book, so am very thankful Amazon had it available.

Several good ideas and many tips for getting started. Good information on fiber selection and bead suggestions, including recommended sizes.

I purchased this as a gift. Today I received the first item made using the knitter. My friend loves the knitter and has made several beautiful items. From what she has told me, I would recommend this item to other friends.

This french knitting thing just wasnt for me. I couldnt seem to get the hang of it. I lost the hook the first day so couldnt send it back.

I recently purchased a clover french knitter, however it only came with very basic instructions. I wanted a book with jewerly patterns so bought this little gem. I have not actually copied any of the items but have been inspired to make up my own patterns which have been very successful. I have now bough the clover wonder french knitter which enables you to use ribbon and fancy yarns. very pleased with all three items.

its really an easy book to understand very clear instructions and easy to do starting with the bracelet and then going on to a bigger object its a book worth buying
