The seller was great. The bat display is well made except the ball and barrel of the bat plastic holder. A different ball holder would have been better; a small ring for the ball to set in, instead of 4 point cup. The bat barrel was the same holder that the ball had. As a collector I would have preferred a wooden cut out attached to the case covered with a fabric to protect the bat. The case is well made and easy to hang. The seller got it to me very fast.

This is a good product. The only drawback for us was the fact the thevitem we put in the case had been inscribed and the set up had the locks on properly but if we wanted to hang it on the wall horizontally the brackets on the back were not in the proper place. We'll have to add other brackets for our particular item to be displayed. Otherwise it's a very good item.

The photo shows the ability to place the ball in the case too. We called the company & they stated that was a model they were working on & offered us a discount. We're pleased w/the look therefore declined the discount. The bat looks great in the case just know the ball will NOT fit with it.

Disappointed. I received my baseball bat case, but the description says it comes with a key to open and lock case, and i didn’t receive it with my product. Neither did i receive the rest of the things like the glue, etc.

Double package to avoid damages. Same week delivery. Excellent product I have no regrets Thx so much

It is a very nice case, it does Hold a ball in a bad but I have it wedged in there

The case is beautiful, however the sawtooth hangers were mounted in the cardboard and easily broke off. I was able to remount them, but I would go with a different case.
