I’m really loving this pan. Nothing sticks and it’s super easy to wash. Very sturdy and can be used in the oven for 1 pan dinners

Fantastic large pan that works well for one pan recipes. Looks great and well built and matches a set that I already have.

Pros: These pans have a great non-stick surface, very little oil/butter is necessary when cooking with these. The pans heat evenly so food will cook equally on all surfaces of the pan. The pans wash up nicely with minimal effort. Cons: These pans have all metal handles. This is not an issue with the sauce pans or the frying pans, but the large pasta pot has 2 tiny, thin metal handles that do heat up when using this pot. Use with caution. The lids have a nice feature, they have a condensation trip around the inside rim of the lid, so when you lift the lid off while cooking you don't have to worry about splatter. The downside to this is that water gets trapped in this ring while you are washing the pans, making them difficult to dry. A minor inconvenience, but worth noting. I would strongly recommend NOT using metal utensils with these pans, no matter how they are advertised. It is possible that an upgraded set can handle metal utensils, but this set is not diamond coated. These pans arrived in a timely manner. However, one pan was damaged (minor damage, chip in the non-stick coating). I contacted customer service right away via email, and got an immediate response. Gotham Steel promised to ship out a new pan and that it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However, after 3 months and no new pan showed up, I had to reach out again via email and got an unsatisfactory response. After escalating my request for a replacement pan, I did finally receive one. These are a very nice set of pans for a very reasonable price.

Do not purchase this pan..I used it three times before stuff started sticking... the non stick wore off quickly...poor heat distribution.Very disappointed. This pan is over rated. Should be reported for false advertising.

Love this pan! Light weight and deep

I bought this pan as an extra to the set of the original Gotham Steel. I use it the most out of them all. I have a big family and big pans work really well for me. Light weight, cooks evenly even on a smaller burner, easy to clean (too easy, I’ll get to that) and they look nice but this particular one is NOT scratch resistant. I would never use a mixer (like they show in the commercials) a metal whisk or metal tongs in this pan. EVER! You wanna know why? It’s been scratched from being stacked with the other pans! If you “scrub” while hand washing, the finish comes off and ya know what? Where the finish comes off food sticks. I’m STILL using oil and butter to cook and they claim these are non stick pans. Unfortunately, we have an old electric stove with coil burners (I hate it) but the burners have scratched the bottoms off the entire set. They also slide all over the burner so if you’re holding the lid don’t stir too aggressively, your pan will slide off the burner. Speaking of the lids, let’s talk about those. Nice, ish, they seem like the glass is good quality but the metal handle is not insulated. IT GETS HOT! Make sure you have your pot holder ready to lift that sucker off the pan! In conclusion, my Sam’s Club Members Mark set I bought 10 years ago was better than this set. I bought the Gotham Steel set Memorial Day Weekend 2022 and I’m already looking to replace it. It’s July 2022. Not recommended.

I love this pan! The food doesn’t stick to it, I don’t need to use as much oil/butter when cooking in it as I need for regular pan and cleanup is super easy. I am using wooden or silicone utensils when cooking in it, just to play it safe

I love the Gotham Steel pots & pans. They are non stick, they last and they are lightweight which for me is important. I also like the fact this pan has the smaller handle on opposite sides. This helps to lift it when the pan has food in it. My only complaint is the handle on the lid gets very hot. Note to manufacturer- a strip of silicone on it would be helpful

Used and cared for per all instructions. We cook daily. Our most used pan from this set is now unusable, the opposite of non stick despite our best efforts. Would not recommend and would not have purchased if I’d known this would be the quality of the surface after such a short time.

The nonstick surface only worked for about three uses and then everything stuck to this pan. Really disappointed.

This is my favourite frying pan. I use it all the time. I would really recommend anyone who just wants to use the same frying pan over and over again. I really like this brand, Gotham

This pan is terrible….everything sticks! There are no scratches on it but every time we use it everything sticks to it. Have the pasta pot and love it but the frying pan is garbage for some reason.
