Speed Checker TAM15183 by Tamiya

Took a while to get here from Japan but based on what I have upgraded on my Losi Micro It should have a top speed of around 20mph. This speed checker seems accurate based on my research and what it shows my car at (35kph). will be great for checking future upgrades and comparing small adjustments. Was boxed well, arrived undamaged and has instructions in English.

If you want to know the outcome of any power upgrades you made, this is a must for speed.

Great for testing out motors, chassis drive trains and batteries. If you don't have access to a track for testing this is the next best thing. It will give you the speed of your car in Kilometers per hour after 30 seconds and it can time you car for distances up to 300 kilometers.The only drawback is of you have a longer chassis such as the AR or MA it will not fit the rollers. You will have to remove the rear rollers, brakes and skid bar.I recommend this for all serious hobbiest; ) you can find out of all your motors suck; )

Great for testing small motors, either in an RC car or the mini 4wd racers. I like to make my own modified motors for small rc cars, and then put them on the "dyno" to check the speed. I use it with fully assembled racers, or just the gearbox/motor assembly. The max speed indication is 99kph (only those mini 4wd racers could even try to reach that)Most RC cars that will sit on this tester usually range from 7 to 20Kph, though I have tried it with some Traxxas cars--even if the car is so big that just one wheel will make contact with the speed checker rollers.

Exactly what it is , speed checker for my Tamiya speed 4 wheel drive cars. Recived on time, had an extra card board packing but still the actual box clear wrappkng was damaged a bit :( apart from that, i am satisfied with the quality of the item like all other tamiya range

ミニ四駆を始めた時から販売している計測器。絶対的な速度はあまり正確には計測できないが、相対的な速度を計測して比較する事で、現在の状態を正確に把握する事が出来る。仕組みは単純で、小型化も簡単に出来るが、ミニ四駆を載せて計測するスタイルは、最高にロマンが溢れていると思う。メーカからの供給は、ずいぶん昔に完了しており、販売終了となっているが、需要はあると思うので、スタイルを変えずに、再販を期待したい。

ちょとうるさくて、まいった。子供がやる時ビックリする。
