Rubies Medieval Lord Child Costume, Small

I ordered this Medieval Lord Costume for my son who was studying the Medieval Ages at school and they had to wear a costume for a grade. When I received the costume in the mail, I didn't immediately open it. When I opened it to hang it up to get the wrinkles out, I found that the head piece was sewn backwards and unusable in it's condition. The sash was also missing. I contacted the seller and they stated that because I hadn't notified them within 7 days, they wouldn't accept a return or even send me replacement for the missing sash or backwards head piece. So, basically I was stuck with an incomplete costume.

We ordered three of these for our three little boys as we were studying medieval times. It was a hit and they have spend so many hours playing what they learned in our homeschool. These seemed to fit nicely. I ordered a Medium for my average size six year old and a small for my large two and small four year olds. The head piece is a bit small on all of them but maybe my kids just have big heads:) I would recommend this.

Purchased for my son for a medieval school project. Not all that great of quality in the sewing or material, but it is, after all, just a child's costume. Would have liked better quality for the price, but was not terrible either. Pretty much what you would get at a party or costume store of similar price and quality. My son enjoyed it for the school project and played with it for awhile longer until he moved on to something else lol.

The item arrived on time. It was exactly what I was looking for at a cheap price. However, you get what you pay for. After about 2 washes the lion is peeling and cracking off the front. However I really only purchased it for my son to wear to my daughters princess party, so it served it's purpose for a low cost.

Product seems fine and my child loves it, just disappointed And annoyed that it came in black rather than the silver as pictured.

The costume was fine, but the mask/helmet was too small and awkwardly made. It didn't fit right. Would not buy again.

have a friend in Poland who has a little boy that is so much into knights and sword fighting and all that. He invents ways to dress as a knight in his play games. I got him this costume to use when playing his knight games. He loves it. The costume itself is made fine for what it is. It is lightweight so fun to wear any time. I bought it a little larger and it fits him fine

Sizing was great, costume was well made (my son did say it was a little itchy but he wore it for two events), packaged good and shipping fast~ I would recommend! I also liked that it was unique. We didn't run into a bunch of boys with the same costume.

Le costume est agréable à porter, bien conçu au niveau de la tunique et de la cagoule, venant parfaitement compléter le bouclier avec le même lion sur fond rouge et l'épée en bois, que nous avions déjà. La cagoule est un peu petite par rapport à un pantalon excessivement grand, néanmoins.

Bought this for my son for halloween. Have to say I don't think that it is worth the money because it is very flimsy and could tear quite easily. He hates the chain mail hood because it is very itchy and refused point blank to wear it, but maybe that's just him being overly sensitive. It washes up well and dries quickly. The colours do not run and the pattern is bold so overall this is a decent costume albeit quite cheap material. My son likes it (he is a tall six year old) and if he is happy then I am happy. Great service provided by supplier.

Our two year old was the hit of the halloween party.

This is a very good knights costume. Of course it's the usual thin polyester material, but it certainly looks nice and the silver coloured plastic mesh actually makes for a reasonably convincing chain-mail. Unlike stated in the description the trousers were actually included, so that was a nice surprise.The order arrived in good time. Just one word about the packaging: the plastic bag the costume came in was partially ripped. The costume was not damaged in any way, but it looked as though the packaging had been opened before.
