Initial reaction was that I was annoyed when I opened the box because the machine was dented in a few places. These dents have no effect on the quality of the pasta this can produce, but I don’t feel like I’ve earned this amount of “character” so quickly. Cut to the chase- excellent machine, easy to use. You have your rollers to roll out the dough before cutting (great, nothing to change here). However, there are two cutting options (1 for a linguine/fettuccine and 1 for spaghetti). You can’t adjust the width of either of these, so you have to go off of the thickness of your dough. I was hoping you could adjust the width of these cuts but you can’t. Not sure if this is standard, but it’s just not what I had in mind. If you can make dough, this machine will do the job. Super easy to use, mostly easy to clean- after making pasta I let the machine sit for a couple days, then any leftover dried pasta I pick out with a wooden skewer. There is some machine oil in the bearings, so as the instructions say, run some scrap dough through each part a few times before using. I’d recommend this as a budget friendly, excellent value machine for anyone wanting to give pasta making a try.

Works perfectly! I made some agnolotti with this the other night and it was delicious. It doesn't stick, it's very stable, it's easy to use, and it's easy to clean. No notes!

Metal shavings ruined 1/3 of my dough by the time I caught it!! Do not buy this product; I don't even know why they're selling something that could cause you to accidentally ingest metal shavings. I even cleaned it before use to make sure there was no debris. This was just the roller that put metal in it! I didn't even get to use the cutting attachment. Just spend your money on a quality one instead. I learned my lesson ignoring the bad reviews.

I bought one a few months ago for clay and loved it. I messed it up (my own fault, I kept putting clay through that was too thick) so ordered a new one. But that one came with a dent in the blade that left a streak in the clay. So I returned and ordered a replacement. That came and it had several large dings in the rollers, also leaving marks in the clay. So now I need to return that one too and I think now I need to try a different brand. Not sure what happened to the quality. But if you get an undamaged one, it’s great.

The product came damaged and when I asked to replace, came wrong! Now i am with one horrible product and I don’t have any support!

Très bonne machine solide et pratique . C’était la première fois que je faisais des pâtes fraîches avec mon fils. Il a adoré et a d’ailleurs c’est lui qui l’utilise maintenant !! La notice n’est pas en français mais l’assemblage n’est pas compliqué .

The product is all metal parts - sturdy and once clamped to the worktop doesn’t move. It takes a few run throughs to get the dough correct - what we’ve found is you need to knead until it’s near enough dry before putting it anywhere near the machine. If you (like we did first time around) put the dough in slightly sticky - it becomes a nightmare to get all the sticky dough out and you’ll have to leave it to dry before it’ll come loose. Overall a wonderful machine - but takes a few attempts to get right but once you’ve got it? Brilliant results every time and I can’t fault the machine itself, only the human operating it.
