OMG! If you have knee issues, get these!!!!
I tore my meniscus over a year ago. I refused to have surgery and so I did everything I could "holistically" to heal my knee on my own. It took about 9 MONTHS of using crutches, and rarely using stairs, etc before my pain and swelling subsided. I took a slew of supplements (Joint Juice ROCKS!), and I had to refrain from all exercise (yet still be careful to not gain weight). It was a long, hard, PAINFUL process, but thank G*D, I am almost at 100% now, and have been doing knee strengthening exercises for a few months now. I have even begun doing more regular type workouts (incl squats!) lately (BodyBlade is another MIRACLE!).However, had it not been for these shoe inserts, I honestly do not believe my knee pain would have gone away. And I know I would not be doing any squats, etc without those insoles, that is for sure!I saw this product on qvc. All of a sudden it hit me that it was my foot bending inward (just like the model's!) that caused my knee issues to begin with. Well, actually, wearing my Sketchers (forgot the name of those curved type athletic shoes) that really began my knee issues..... I compared my foot/ankle/arch to the model's and saw they were the same. I ordered these insoles and OMG. My foot realigned!!I had been so depressed the past 14 mos with this knee injury....I have worked out all of my life, and I just could not understand how one small "twist" could have led to a torn meniscus! I was wrapping gifts when it happened....just one small turn on those darned Sketcher shoes... My whole life changed.... You don't realize just how much you need BOTH knees to do the most simple tasks, until ...well, you just have a knee injury.Up until I began using these insoles, my knee had improved a lot, but I still had relapses...where all of a sudden, my knee would puff up and swell. It was so disheartening. I almost felt like giving up. I am SO happy I didn't! As soon as I put those insoles in my athletic shoes (I have New Balance), WOW....NO PAIN! I have NOT had a relapse *knock on wood* since! Now THAT in and of itself is worth my buying a pair for EVERY pair of shoes I own. They are a bit pricey, but NOT as costly as a knee surgery! I have one pair in my NB shoes, and one in a pair of high heeled wedge shoes. I plan on getting one for my other athletic shoes and I am hoping they make an insole for regular women's high heels --- I have 4" heels and boots that have just sat in my closet and that I thought I'd never be able to wear ever again. Now, maybe I will one day!NOTE:The insoles I have are the ones labled for "fitness shoes" or "athletic shoes"..I forget what the label says exactly. Make sure you buy the correct type for your specific type of shoes.IF you suffer from unexplained knee pain, please get these insoles!OR, at least check your feet/ankle/arch alignment.I thought my arches had all of a sudden just "dropped", but these insoles CORRECT the alignment so beautifully. You will be amazed!

Yay!
I finally broke down and went for physical therapy after limping around for a year. PT, a night splint, doing my exercises, icing down and using these insoles in my athletic shoes (walking, hiking, court sports) has made me functional again. I replaced the insoles that came in the shoes with these and had my PT check them out. He said they were as good as the ones they sold in the office for twice as much. Keep in mind, however, that each person has to find what works for her or him. Plantar fasciitis is a weird thing and each individual seems to respond to treatments and devices differently, so there is an element of trial and error. I was committed to either recovery or management and willing to do whatever was required to achieve one of those. It looks like management of the condition is what I have to settle for, and these orthotics are helping with that. I am on my feet a lot with minimal pain and quick recovery after intensive workouts. These are a contributing factor to that.

Better than I expected
These are awesome! I was a little hesitant because I wasn’t sure if they would provide the needed support and more importantly if the would work with flats. Happy to say I was very pleased with the support and the fit very comfortably inside my ballet flats. I definitely recommend these for people who want to keep wearing cute shoes but have to have more support. They are with the price.

Good for mild pronation
I have tarsal tunnel syndrome and mildly pronate. I'm on my feet 8+ hours a day at work and get pain at the end of the day. These orthotics helped with the pronation, but not so much with the pain. They gave me blisters and discomfort in the arch at first, but that's my fault for not breaking them in properly. Afterwards, I learned it's recommended to break in orthotics using a new pair of shoes and not wearing them more than 2 hours the first day then increasing 1 hour a day. I've now had them several months and no more blisters and my arch has adjusted. Overall, good support and fit well in my brooks running shoes.

Great support & quality
I purchased these insoles to put in my Rothy’s. The Rothy’s insole is too thick & causes my foot to be pressed up against the top of the shoe resulting in discomfort, & the lack of arch support makes my feet hurt. This insole was perfect! It has a thin profile & has great heel & arch support.

Not for women with wide feet
This is a slimfit for dress shoes which is great. However, they are very narrow. I wear a wide width and this is too narrow. I really think it seems narrow if for B or medium width feet. I can't recommend. I gave it 3 stars because it is good quality and support, just needs to specify it's limitations when marketing.

Fit with my Rothy's
I love Rothy's shoes but they do not offer any kind of arch or orthotic support. I work on a college campus and they are fine for the walking I do on campus, but I wanted more support for an upcoming vacation with long hours on my feet. Rothy's have very narrow insoles so I did not have much hope when I bought these, however they've been a wonderful fit. I am normally a size 7.5, but for the Rothy's flat I am an 8. The medium orthotic size fits perfectly in them, no trimming necessary. For the point, I wear a 8.5, and bought the small sized orthotic. I still had to trim around the toe area because the point has less toe-box room. Additionally, the small-sized insole ends on the ball of my feet so my toes overhang the insole in the shoe, but that hasn't been a problem with comfort. I've been very pleased that I was able to find quality insoles that fit these great shoes, and have been very happy with this purchase!
