I got the energy, libido, and focus patches….I was mainly looking forward to the effects of the focus patch as I holistically manage my ADHD. I placed the patch on and within 20 minutes I began to feel the effects of it. I forgot I had the patch on, of course seeing as well ADHD LOL, but I noticed I became single minded and hyper focused and then remembered, oh yeah the patch. I have not tried the other two yet, but very much looking forward to their effects as well. Give a try, it won’t disappoint! 🙌

Bought these at the recommendation of my therapist prior to going to Cabo. I never felt hung over and my energy was great the entire time I was there. It was easy to place and getting in the pool the sticker did not attempt to come off. I don’t drink much unless I’m on vacation so will be using this for the next vacay.

Unless you’re very sensitive to melatonin, these won’t work for you. There is only 3mg of melatonin along with various other small doses of natural ingredients to help you relax.I have been taking capsule form of melatonin at 5mg and had hoped that these would work as they have other ingredients to help you relax and fall asleep, whereas the other melatonin I had been taking did not. Also it’s supposed to work transdermally, which gets faster into your blood stream and brain, over capsules that have to go through the digestive process.I’ve tried other medicines and supplements through patches and they’ve been great. This one is not it. I even tried using 2 patches at a time. No difference. I’m giving the remainder to my sister who might find them helpful, or perhaps they well have a placebo effect for her. Because guess what? No returns for this item.Bottom line, if you’re sensitive to melatonin, these might work for you. If you’re not and usually have to take 5mg + to get to sleep, stick to capsules, meltaways, or look for patches that have higher mg.

Bought them for myself, after originally trying the immunity patches first. Was so impressed by the ease of use, effectiveness of each kind and the fact that they actually worked. I did find out I was allergic to several ingredients in several of the patches. Thankfully I had friends willing to take a try. I just wish that all the ingredients had been listed on the multi pack. GREAT GIFT IDEA!

These help me stay asleep! They stick well, I do not even notice it’s on my arm so the stickiness and quality are great. Amazon has the best value of these. One pack of 15 is $20 at my local grocery store. So it’s basically one free compared to there.

My wife loves these. They reduce her anxiety and stress when she is in a big crowd around people that she knows is going to stress her out.

I found these patches at a Kohl’s store (energy) and figured I would try it. I put the patch on my wrist and maybe 10-15 minutes later, I DEFINITELY felt a surge of energy. Similar to a shot of expresso. Not jittery or uncomfortable- just clean energy with no downside!Anyway, several hours into my productive day I start to wind down and I notice my 3 year old nephew is jumping off the walls. Immediately I check my wrist and realize IT’S GONE! Sure enough I find the patch plastered on his thigh! I did freak out at first- gave him a bath ASAP. But his heart rate and breathing was fine, and thankfully, he fell right asleep after the bath!And that is the story of how I became a true believer and ended up buying the entire line lol.The sleep and energy definitely works, haven’t tried the others just yet.
