I had to go to the dealership and get the right clips. I either order the wrong size or they sent the wrong size. Either way the clips they sent were just like the OEM except they weren’t. Make sure you have the part number from the dealership or manual before ordering. Fast delivery and well built, not cheap material. I would confidently install the clips they sent.

I notice on a lot of similar products that people have said that the replacement parts were faulty because the pieces would not clip together properly. They do, you just have to use quite a bit of pressure on the outside edges, you will hear a faint "snap" as the 2pcs connect.

The part was the correct part for my 2013 Volkswagen passot. The install was harder than expected. I had to take a piece of PVC pipe and and a small rubber mallet to get the cap to Snap onto the clip. Other than that all was good.

Item looks exactly like the OEM, however, it does not fit correctly. I tried several times to force it to work to no avail…. Customer support was helpful. Gave refund back immediately and was apologetic for the inconvenience.

I found they didn't fit properly. A frustrating waste of time and money.

Hard to install

Tried this and they did not fit (2012 Passat). Ended up having to get replacements from dealership.

Does not fit Volkswagen. Looks like the same part but, does not fit. You cannot snap it into place, so it will not hold it's place.Even though it is allegedly compatible, it is not. Seriously!?
