Need to get the hang of taking the caps off, but great for little fingers and great fun!!
We have ordered smaller packs of these glitter glue tubes and when the price is good on this large pack, it is a great deal! These are not perfect, but the pros do outweigh the cons. Here are my thoughts:PROS:- great colors- pretty when dried (interesting texture)- wonderful for muscle development for little fingers- addictive for little ones (hours of self-guided entertainment for one of my children--she has loved these from 18 months to now when she is over 3)- washes off easily when still wet (when dry on hard surfaces, we have found that it peels off pretty easily)CONS:- you need to get the hang of taking the caps off (if you twist at all, the entire top comes off and can get stuck in the cap. If this happens, put the cap back on, push firmly, twist to try to screw the top back onto the bottle, and then swiftly try to pull the cap off. This should work 8 out of 10 times. You will need to remind your little ones not to twist and only to pull. They will eventually get the hang of it, but obviously is a pain! When the entire cap comes off, the glue can make a mess...)- difficult to squeeze (I actually think this is a PRO since it helps develop muscle, but very little ones may get frustrated at first, as mine did, and you may have to walk them through how to turn the tip down, squeeze and be patient!)- long dry time (we do get lots of glue inadvertently on other surfaces, other papers, socks, etc. because of the long dry time, but it easily comes off, so hasn't been a big deal... I do note that one of my children doesn't like using these because he doesn't like having to wait for the art to dry before he can handle it.)-- not really a pen (perhaps stating the obvious, but these are not pens. They are small squeeze tubes and will not function at all like a pen. This has not been an issue for us, but someone hoping for a true glitter pen may be disappointed.)BOTTOM LINE: These are always in our art supplies. One of my two children love these and as long as you are ok with some potential mess (that is washable) and long dry times, these are fun and can provide hours of art entertainment. Anyone who enjoys sparkles and glitter will probably enjoy using these. I would recommend and will repurchase one iteration or another for sure.

Difficult or impossible to close
I bought this for my 3rd-grade classroom. The kids love the colors and the glue works well. The problem is that some of the tubes could not be reclosed after normal use. I tried to force them back together but could not. It happened to about 3 so far. Fortunately, the set has a lot of tubes and colors but those few will dry up and have to be thrown out. I hope they redesign the containers. I would not rebuy these as is.

Easy for small hands to squeeze!
Ordered these after a different pack of glitter glue was difficult for my nearly 3 year old daughter to use (and that glue had a strong smell, I wasn't comfortable with my daughter playing with it once I smelled that). These, she is able to use. It gets harder once a tube is over half depleted but at that point I can squeeze for her and she can finger paint with it - since it's Elmers and doesn't have a strong smell, I'm fine with that. Her fine motor skills are pretty good so I'm not going to claim every 2 or 3 year old could use this but in my experience as a mom and PreK teacher, these tubes are easier than a lot of the options of similar items out there!

Caps very difficult to get off the pen tips.
The colors are lovely on the ones that I can remove the cap to get to the tips so I can use them. There are three pens that I can unscrew the top but it is impossible to remove the cap to reveal the pen point. It appears that the contents have leaked into the cap and glued it shut. All are very hard to remove the cap without unscrewing the top. I am an adult and have much experience removing the tops of pens. A child would have a royal mess using this set which is too bad as the results when used are very nice.

Glitter is good
I love these glitter glues. I rarely use the 5 color tubes. I make my cards and the color tubes just do not add anything to what I am making.

Okay
Great except some of the tips get stuck in the lids and then the kids just use a blob of paint .

Even more of an awesome product!
I started using Elmer's glitter glue pens as a Kindergarten teacher. (NO OTHER BRAND COMPARES! I know, I tried!) I purchased them with my own money I thought so highly of them. As a grandparent of a child with fine motor issues, I have gone through many of the smaller sets. They are perfect for strengthening her fingers for holding pencils and crayons. She LOVES decorating cards with them while crayons and even markers hold little interest. She may use so much glue that it takes a day to dry but since they perform a physical therapy task at the same time, I'm happy to replace them regularly! She has not seen this new HUGE set and I can hardly wait as I know she will be thrilled!

More users that I previously thought.
I originally got it for the purpose of giving my black phone case in colour so it was easier to spot however once dry it peels off. So to make the best of a not-so-perfect situation I decided to use it in conjunction with another Amazon product these little or double-sided circles to gong things that you can see in the picture what are used to call was to create a textured surface so that I knew which keys to press when playing games as the stickers were already sticky the glitter dried perfectly. It does the job looks good however takes a very long time to cure 12 hours minimum.
