Very Pleased
Advertised as solid copper and seem to be as advertised, I'm not going to do a destructive test. Heavy and substantial. Very nice finish. Much more attractive and should be more durable than the copper flashed plastic post caps I removed. Recommend them highly if you want quality post caps and I would buy them again. Adhesion rating is really not applicable since they do not have an adhesive applied as shipped, not were they advertised to have an included adhesive.

4" copper cap fits perfectly on top of a 6" weathered cedar post cap
Arrived well packed, perfectly machined with no flaws or scatches. Used them on top of current 6"x6" cedar post caps that had weathered a bit. Glued the copper caps with a bit of Silicone II around the rim quite easily and now they gleam and have renewed our post railings. Did not have to replace the old cap. Great product!

Classy post top
Put this on my property post top to class up the boundary line a little. Post painted fluorescent orange with this on top? Looks good. I drilled all four flat sides, (be careful of drill walk), and used drywall screws to ensure it would stay in place. It's not thick, so be careful with drilling, nailing, etc, since it will deform if you aren't careful.

This product is fraudulent. They are NOT solid copper, they are barely even coated with copper. They are aluminum or steel or some other metal. All Above reviews which claim the opposite are either paid shills, don't care, or are too daft to realize it.

Rich look, protects your 4 x 4 posts
Our visitors all comment on how nice these great looking copper post tops look. Of course, they protect your 4x4 deck posts open end grain from moisture, weather and rot.

Plated aluminum not solid Copper
It’s nice if you want a shiny copper cap but I wanted copper that would naturally patina. This won’t because its aluminum plated with copper then clear coated.

A bit overpriced
I used a heavy outdoor adhesive to attach these to outdoor posts 2 years ago. The metal has discolored. They look weathered. I think they are overpriced for the quality but they are better than plastic and they look better than the rotted wooden ones that these replaced.

Nice caps
These caps can cost an arm and a leg, but these were very reasonably priced, arrived on time, were a cinch to put on and look great.
