It works as intended to protect LP jackets but I was surprised that it fit 2LP books and jackets. Definitely good if you have that kind of variety. Also good to use with vinyls that you somehow don't have jackets for. It is completely clear and does give your jackets a gloss. But that is expected. Don't know how good it looks clean. But I haven't seen them get dust yet and I have a Dusty room and if you have them in a tight shelf. Just move one or two vinyls somewhere else and there's space. Works well with storage.

I’m very happy with these sleeves. Just beware that they won’t fit some larger gatefold jackets comfortably like the Rhino audiophile pressings. But I don’t think that’s a problem with the sleeves. They fit my other gatefolds and double albums well. I’ll keep a smaller amount of gatefold sleeves for those records and use these for the rest of my collection.

These outer sleeves are great. They are of good quality and they fit their purpose. Will definitely keep buying as my vinyl collection keeps growing.

Great product, but Amazon shipped it without any packaging. They just slapped a label on the product. This is the second Amazon shipment within a month to be shipped with no packaging. That's OK if the product is packaged in a ready-to-ship box or envelope, but that was not the case in these 2 instances. Regarding the product itself, I've gone through over 100 of these sleeves with no problems. They even fit most Laserdisc boxes. I prefer to install them with the sleeve open on top. It's less convenient, but it prevents the LP from accidentally sliding out the side.

I am a somewhat picky vinyl collector. I have albums dating back to the '50s, mostly '70-'80s, a few modern issues/reissues. Total of about 750 in my collection (just so you know with whom you're dealing). I purchased these because I thought the cost of most of the outer covers was too much. I was also a bit skeptical that I could get something this relatively affordable that would do a good job of protecting my album art from further deterioration. I find these sleeves to be an excellent bargain, to be transparent, and sturdy. I had some initial trouble fitting albums into the sleeves, but I think that was attributable to poor technique on my part. Unlike record stores that will often have the outer sleeve opening lined up with the album cover opening (for ease of customer access to inspect the vinyl), I definitely wanted these covers with the opening at the top of the album cover, thereby keeping more evil dust away from the recordings. Once I placed the spine of the album against the inside of the outer sleeve, the open end slides in fairly easily. Just saying. I have had no issues with these fitting single, double, gatefold, and most triple LP albums. Some folks have had issues with multiple LP applications; in my experience the outer sleeves have just enough "give" in them that they will stretch ever so slightly, especially over time, much like a new pair of shoes conforms to your feet. I now have my entire collection protected by these sleeves from Invest in Vinyl. We will see about longevity, but I don't think these are flimsy and do not anticipate any issues. If you are interested in protection for your vinyl on a budget, I highly recommend these sleeves.
