This is a great oil, it’s not too piney and comes sealed very well so my mail didn’t smell like patchouli! Big plus IMO. Good deal for the money, my favorite scent to use on my wrists and through my hair. Apparently you can use it in an oil diffuser too, but I wouldn’t waste it on that.

This costs a bit more but the quality of the oil explains why. I'll use this for anything to be used on or near my face or other delicate skin. A little dab'll do ya!

It smells like fresh citrus peel. I got this because the last air refreshener I used in my car gave it an unpleasant smell. This essential oil smells great but unfortunately it's not as overpowering as the remaining air refreshener smell. Would recommend for aromatherapy but won't work great for covering unpleasant smell

lemon verbena, I bought this under the impression that it was gonna have a more herbaceous scent. However it smells exactly like the sour lemon candies. It is sweet and citrusy so it’s pleasant but it wasn’t what I was really expecting.

I purchased this for my mom and she loves it. She uses essential oils for fragrance, and this comes with a base oil so you can put it directly on the skin.

Finally found a Vetiver scent that works with the candle wax blend I use. It is a very nice fragrance, and it is formidable enough so that you can actually "smell" it and appreciate it. Most Vetiver oils are so mild they won't permeate the candle wax. This one is a winner.

First of all be careful how you open the box, it is well taped shut. If you want to return it, save the box! But opening it was difficult without a razor to ensure box integrity.The patchouli, while we all know it smells a bit like earth-it also has a little piquant, or kick to the nose after the first sniff.Patchouli is a difficult smell to describe. But be careful how much you wear, cuz it can be offensive to others.With the first sniff, it just wasn't the old patchouli or "hippie" patchouli, I call it. This just didn't smell like it used to.But I don't think that's an over synopsis, you might really like it! The cost is minimal, so it's not going to break your wallet by buying it. I mix patchouli w/ some of my sweeter more floral colognes. I spray the sweeter/floral cologne, and follow it up with a couple dabs of patchouli. Words to the wise, the bottle can loose its plastic "cork'. Product will thenhave a large opening. Be careful when applying.

I bought the lemon verbena to mix with my patchouli and shea butter for my skin. Great quality! A little goes a long way ..

Does not smell at all like what I expected. I ordered vanilla and it's more like some kind of citrus, maybe a lemongrass? Definitely not what I wanted.

Strong scent ofEarth & bit of mentholOdd combination to me.. can't imagine cooking with cardomom..Oka if used with floral scent.

Refreshing scent, slightly sweet. A good substitute for Satsuma.
