I have re-purchased this several times. It contains smells in our compost bin really well and fits inside the lid perfectly.

When my old charcoal filter in my countertop compost container grew mold, I found these on Amazon. I like that they are cheap and can be easily trimmed to whatever shape you need. There are no odors coming from the bin so they work well

Ordered filters will see how they work but from my understanding activated charcoal absorbs ambient air once open. These are sealed in a zipper style plastic bag that has open air holes on it so kinda defeats the purpose as filters will likely be no good by the time you use them but we’ll see.

Great replacement for my countertop compost bin. Better than the original. I use just one instead of two. Keeps the smells out from even onions and banana peels.
